The Contract |
When a signed, completed booking form and deposit is received a contract will exist between you and the Company. The Company will then invoice you for the total cost less the deposit paid. |
Payment of balance |
Payment of balance must reach us at least 8 weeks before the start date of your holiday. |
Surcharges |
We reserve the right to impose surcharges up to 6 weeks prior to departure due to unfavourable exchange rate movements and if the charge exceeds 10% of the trip cost you may cancel your booking by providing the Company with written notification within 7 days of your being notified of the level of the surcharge. |
Cancellation charges |
If you cancel your holiday you must notify Rock n Roll Adventures in writing and the following cancellation charges will apply: 7-5 weeks = 40% of total holiday cost, 4-3 weeks = 60% of total holiday cost, under 2 weeks = 80% of the total holiday cost, under 1 week = 100% of the total holiday cost. |

Cancellation by the Company |
In the highly unlikely event that we have to cancel your holiday you will be offered an alternative. If this is unacceptable a full refund will be given. Please note we will not be liable for any other expenses incurred as a result of your booking. |
Minimum numbers |
| If the minimum number of clients for a trip is not reached by 6 weeks before departure date we reserve the right to cancel the trip. | ||
Guest(s) responsibility |
All guests partaking in any activity organised by the Company do so entirely at their own risk and must make their own judgements on their abilities. The Company cannot be held responsible for any injuries incurred by a guest(s) sustained whilst taking part in any of the activities. |
Activities |
Your contract will be directly with the activity provider and subject to their booking conditions. The Company acts as agent only in respect of all activities, whether or not included in the tour price, which are organised and operated by any other company. |
