Depending on which courses you choose, you might glimpse the water through the trees as you tee off at Deauville, see the sea sparkling beyond the green at Omaha Beach or from a cliff-top fairway, enjoy a view over the English Channel at Etretat. Others such as Champ de Bataille, a course regularly compared to Wentworth, are nestled in colourful woodland with majestic tree-lined fairways or like Clecy, atop the rolling green hills of the Swiss Normandy countryside.
