This cycling holiday starts and finishes from the front door of an idyllic farmhouse in Val d'Azun. From here you can explore more than 450km of mountain bike routes. Val d'Azun is found within the Hautes-Pyrenees region of south-west France, a favourite destination of mountain bikers and mountain enthusiasts.

Following trails that take you miles away from civilisation, you can really embrace the elements and enjoy the majestic beauty of this wild landscape. Beautiful snow capped mountain peaks are complimented by the sound of waterfalls, roaring mountain-rivers and trickling streams. Soaring birds of prey are also a constant presence in this superb region. Ride through leafy countryside, along deep valleys and shores of beautiful mountain lakes.

Safe in the knowledge that your professional, local guide knows the tracks like the back of his hand, you can get stuck into the technical sections and on the easier trails admire the wildlife and magnificent alpine scenery around you. Born and bred in the area, the guide will share many of his favourite trails, including an absolute corker of a descent some 25km long. All routes will be discussed with you before setting-off and your feedback will be used to ensure the riding is best suited to the group's riding skills and mood on that particular day.
