Sole occupancy educational trips for schools

Whether in Normandy or the Pyrenees, on a RocknRoll Adventures school trip your group will enjoy sole occupancy of a traditional farmhouse or farm complex converted sensitively to suit your needs and yet still give a sense of your surroundings in rural France. The buildings allow the option of defined sleeping areas for boys and girls as well as teacher only bedrooms.

With plenty of space for the children to play and teachers to relax after a hard day of activities your group will soon feel at home among the river valleys and natural beauty of Normandy or against the backdrop of the high Pyrenees.

Below is an example of RARA Schools’ accommodation. Your farmhouse and grounds will be selected relevant to the size of your group.

Passionate about real food

Food is somewhat of a passion at RocknRoll Adventures. Evening meals are prepared on a daily basis, using fresh local ingredients (when avaliable) to produce a tasty, nutritious and balanced evening meal.

We believe in real food and strive to reflect this in all the meals we serve. From the outset we will discuss with you a menu plan that suits your group's tastes. It is important to us that we serve food that your pupils will look forward to eating at the end of a busy day of activities and we hope they can feel at home and comfortable whilst they are away from their familiar environment.

Breakfast

For breakfast we serve fresh bread, pain au chocolate and croissants from the local bakers, cereals, butter, jams, chocolate spread, honey, tea, coffee & juices.

Lunch

Packed lunches consist of a freshly made baguette filled with salad and ham, cheese, tuna, chicken, egg and other vegetarian fillings with crisps, water, a cereal bar and a floating fruit box.

Dinner
