Comfort and safety are the priority at RARA. You must wear a bicycle helmet on all our biking trips. Although we have hire helmets, we are of the belief that there is nothing like having your own equipment. It is a very personal item and more hygienic to use your own, like cycling gloves and padded shorts which also enhance your comfort.
Is there a support vehicle for cycling?
It depends on the Cycling Trip. Please check the What's Included box of the trip that you have selected.
Is there a bike hire facility?
We would firstly recommend that you use your own bike, better the beast you know. Make sure it has been serviced and if you are unsure of bike maintenance, take it to a reputable dealer for a service.
